Staff        We all have to start somewhere, and for eWholesaler it all began Spring of 2011 in Cadillac, Michigan. Just as every artist begins their creation with a blank sheet of paper, so did we. Our company started up by first selling HP brand Wide Format paper rolls and sheet photo paper. Brian and Fred, our founders, sold it on a small ebay store and named the company PDPHP LLC. The company quickly sold more photo paper than the supply channels could provide so it was time for PDPHP LLC to evolve into eWholesaler. With this growth came new supply channels, a broad range of merchandise, and new software development made possible by our Marketing Director, Anthony. We quickly grew into a quick moving B2B wholesale company and as we branched off to new marketplaces other than Ebay such as Amazon, Rakuten, Sears, and Newegg we were able to sell to far more customers than we ever imagined. All of these new customers and new products we were receiving gave us a new sense of purpose. We have the opportunity to be a part of the ever growing industry that is online shopping. We have a choice what kind of presence we want to build within this online community and what kind of company we want to be. It wasn’t hard to come to a conclusion, there is no doubt in our minds that we want to have a company built on trust, that understands value, and has a caring relationship with our customers and our products. With the help of the amazing system that we have in place in our warehouse we are able to achieve these goals and often exceed them.

       When a product enters our warehouse it is our job to find exactly what it’s purpose is going to be. Through a team of skilled workers and a system built with customer satisfaction as it’s core purpose, we test, analyze, fix and prepare our products to be ready for shipping. Some of our products will come to you shiny and new. Other products may have little scars from their rough handling that just can’t be removed, but that’s okay, it still has a purpose. Just because it’s monetary value has gone down, doesn’t mean it’s value in our customers’ lives has decreased. After all a slightly chipped iPad still has all the same capabilities as any other iPad, it just doesn’t provide you with that new, unopened box experience. However we do understand that our customers want to know exactly what they are buying, which is why we have in place a very detailed and honest condition system that ranges from New, Like New, Very Good, Good, and Acceptable. THE PROCESS

                                                 


       Part of what makes eWholesaler so special is our top notch system we have in place. As soon as a product enters our warehouse it is tested and analyzed to see if there are any cosmetic issues or internal issues. Based on what comes of this part of the process the product is labeled New, Like New, Very Good, Good, or Acceptable. If we see any products that look like they can be fixed we send them over to our tech staff to take a look at it. Next it goes to our processors where they take pictures of the products and enter them into our system. That’s right, every product image you see on our website has been taken by us. Once they are online they are ready to be shipped out to you, but before they are we check one last time to make sure you are getting everything that you are paying for. This system is in place to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience we can provide them. We know the stigma with shopping online and this system is in place to make sure you have a worry free experience.
